Defective Products
If you have received a defective product, please contact us with screenshots of the product delivery and defective condition within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund if we are unable to fix the issue within 7 days of your purchase.
Returns
We do not accept returns for refunds. Our guarantee only covers products sent that didn’t match your initial purchase intention in the case of being defective. Your satisfaction is our priority, but this policy is in place as we can’t take back or refund access from individual products after they are sent to customers.
